Job Overview

We are seeking our future Lead Graphic Designer, a senior professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership. Within our agency, your role will be twofold: maintaining an exacting artistic vision across our projects while dedicating time to mentoring and growing the talent around you.

As a proactive force, you thrive on transforming a brief into a powerful visual concept.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Creation
  • Design & Development: Conceptualize and develop high-level graphic creations.
  • Creative Innovation: Generate original and innovative ideas for branding projects, advertising campaigns, and communication collateral.
  • End-to-End Management: Manage design projects from A to Z, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Pitching & Tenders: Tackle creative challenges within the framework of RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and consultations.
  • Conceptualization: Translate client briefs into high-impact visual concepts and attractive designs.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of the latest trends in visual communication, design, and advertising.
Professional Expertise
  • Creative Leadership: Rally design teams around a shared creative vision within a defined scope (editorial, branding, hospitality, etc.) while inspiring and motivating staff.
  • Visionary Thinking: Assert a clear creative vision, defend ideas with conviction, and bring a unique perspective to every project.
  • Mentorship: Share your expertise to actively develop the team’s skills.
  • Ideation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new concepts, ensuring all proposals align with the client’s brief.
  • Creative Direction: Analyze various creative proposals, evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, and make strategic decisions based on project objectives and company strategy.
Profile
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a similar role, including significant experience within an agency environment.
  • Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree (Associate’s or equivalent) in Communication/Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative achievements in similar sectors.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Generative AI.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: Ability to unite, supervise, and mobilize creative teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current graphic design trends and the industry at large.
  • Excellence: A keen eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to design quality.
